This is a general report which gives you a general structural overview of the property and covers the following elements:
- Building Exterior: Brickwork, cladding, decks, verandas, stairs and balustrades
- Building Interior: Ceilings, walls and floors
- Roof: Roof covering, fascias, gutters and downpipes
- Roof Space: Trusses, ceiling insulation and sisalation.
- Under Floor Space: Floor structure, ventilation, drainage and dampness.
- The Property: Car ports, outbuildings, retaining walls, steps and fencing.
Property Inspection Report
This is a more comprehensive report which gives you an idea of the more detailed parts of the building and covers the following elements:
- Building Exterior: Brickwork, cladding, decks, verandas, stairs, balustrades, doors, windows, chimneys, steel lintels and paintwork
- Building Interior: Ceilings, walls, floors, doors, frames, paintwork, floor coverings, wall linings, cupboards and plumbing fixtures.
- Roof: Roof covering, fascias, gutters and downpipes
- Roof Space: Trusses, ceiling insulation and sisalation.
- Under Floor Space: Floor structure, ventilation, drainage and dampness.
- The Property: Car ports, driveways, pathways, outbuildings, retaining walls, steps, fencing and surface drainage.
